The designs for our neighbouring park, Seafarers' Rest Park,has been unveiled by the City of Melbourne!This is part of the larger Seafarer's development by Riverlee Group that is going up along the historical sheds, to preserve Melbourne's maritime history.
This park has been designed by Oculus to increase urban diversity in the area, creating a space for people, plants, and animals to engage in the urban environment.
And best of all, it's at the base of what is soon to be our beautiful urban farm!

As we have engaged in the design process for Melbourne Skyfarm, as well as in light of the changed events landscape in Melbourne and across the world, we have decided to scale back the buildings and indoor structures on the rooftop. These new renders highlight a more streamlined and landscape-oriented design, which we believe improves our goals of providing an urban oasis in the city for our community.
As we have engaged in the design process for Melbourne Skyfarm, as well as in light of the changed events landscape in Melbourne and across the world, we have decided to scale back the buildings and indoor structures on the rooftop. These new renders highlight a more streamlined and landscape-oriented design, which we believe improves our goals of providing an urban oasis in the city for our community.
